Over the last couple of days Dylan has been trying out rice cereal and seems to be enjoying a little variety in his diet. At first he was trying to suck on the spoon like a bottle but quickly got the hang of it all and has been getting better about actually swallowing more of the cereal rather than just letting it dribble right back out his mouth. Ava, being the helpful big sister that she is, wants so badly to feed him with the spoon by herself (but mom still assists her) and of course tells me "Mom you need to stop nursing Dylan and give him rice cereal and this weekend we will give him some apple sauce." What would I do without my little helper.
