Sharona's birthday was on Monday the 19th and we were glad mom and dad (aka Sharona and Grampy, Sharon and Billy) were able to come down to Denver on Tuesday so we could all celebrate Sharona's birthday with her. Mom and dad took Ava to the Denver Stock Show around 4:30pm so Ava could ride the pony (which she loved) and see/pet/feed the goats and chickens and huge bull and eat lots of yummy food. Then Simon, Dylan and I caught up with them later at the Super Dog show which was actually very entertaining. Dylan was really freaked out at first because the announcer and music were really loud but he quickly got use to it all and started looking at all the bright lights/colors and then fell asleep. Ava and the rest of us had a fun time cheering on the dogs while they raced, jumped, danced, ran through obstacles etc... it was fun. Then we came home and sang a very quick happy birthday to mom and had a bite of cake before putting the kids to bed.
