Our biggest news of September is that Omi has made the move from IA out to CO to be closer to all of us. We're so excited Cathie has retired and chosen to move out our way as we will love having her closer by.
Omi arrived the week before all of Dylan's birthday festivities. Starting with the weekend before Dylan's actual birthday, when my parents came down to Denver to celebrate Dylan turning 6. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Ted's Montana Grill after the kids played in their football and soccer games.
It was a gorgeous day outside and we tried to capture the beauty of all the flowers.
Happy 6th birthday Dylan.

The next morning it was time to celebrate with all of Dylan's buddies at Jungle Quest.
The kids had a blast on all the rope swings, bridges, zip-lines and rock walls.
Dylan was most excited to see his best friend Sasha who of course gave him a big kiss.
Ava and her best friend Ava L., enjoyed all the fun with the little kids too.
We were all so glad to ware out the kids energy at such an active place.
Dylan's other best buddy, Jackson. So sad they're not in the same school for kindergarten, but they love the times they can get together.
Happy Happy 6th birthday to our fun, loving, entertaining Dylan.
Ending the day with Dylan's favorite donuts instead of birthday cake.
Time to finally wish Dylan a happy birthday on his actual birth date, September 24th.
Omi knows Dylan loves musical, singing birthday cards. Such a happy smile.
We rounded out Dylan's birthday week with dinner at his restaurant of choice, Mellow Mushroom.
Later that night after Dylan's birthday and after packing our bags for Boston, Simon and I squeezed in a night at Red Rocks to see the Kings of Leon.
The next morning we were up at 4:30 AM to catch an early flight out to Boston for Lauren and Joe's wedding.

Phew! Just finished all of your updated posts! So fun to read about everything you guys have been up to and how nice that Simon's mom moved out to Denver! Will be so nice having her close:)
