Some finished home remodel photos!
Entry way from garage, tile and hardwood floors, trim, (patio door was first round of remodel when we first moved in).
Up close of new slate tile from the garage entryway as well as the main, front door entryway.
New vent covers throughout the entire house.
All light switches and covers were upgraded.
Crown molding, paint, area rug, lighting.
Fireplace insert and painted brick were done on first remodel within the first year of moving in.
Knocked down wall between kitchen and dinning room, new lighting, crown molding, entire main floor painted gray (gentle rain).
New island and bar stools.
Entre new kitchen, raised ceiling with new track lighting, four new canned lights, trim and wood floors. Patio door was installed during first remodel.
Simon and Ava stained and put number decals on their cool new height measuring board.
Here are some of my favorite things about the new kitchen... my awesome new spice drawer that is right next to the stove.

Finally a nice big, deep Tupperware drawer.
Large, deep plate drawer.
Love the dual trash bin drawer. One for trash and the other one for recycle. So awesome to have.
Elegant backsplash and much needed under cabinet, dimmer lighting.

All wood Plantation Shutters on the big window. Love them.
Stairs upgraded from carpet to hardwood, with trim, new decor, and all over gray paint (gentle rain).
New tile this remodel. New door and side window were installed during first remodel a year after moving in. Our original remodel budget included a new stair railing but, it was cut from the budget when we of course went over budget. Maybe in a few years we can upgrade.

One hundred percent, completely new master bathroom remodel and custom built shower.
New jet tub.
Master bedroom fireplace, tile, marble, fireplace insert, and new paint through entire master bedroom. Painted shelving, woodwork and lighting was done during first remodel after moving in.
Two new ceiling fans and four new overhead ceiling lights. I can finally see!!
New master bedroom frosted glass closet doors on my two closets. Simon has the walk in. What!?
Upgraded carpet to hardwood stairs leading into the basement.

Custom built shoe shelf, pull-up bar and rings, new garage door opener with remote access with phone.
New poured concrete driveway with stamped boarder. New asphalt roof installed 1.5 years ago.
New 15 x 30 stamped concrete patio and stairs, all new patio furniture and umbrellas
All the outdoor house trim added and painted house and trim as well as all new gutters were done 4 years ago.
Another 10 x 15 upper patio, hot tub, and awning for grill.
