It's been pretty hot and very dry for CO this summer so we've been staying cool with...
...neighborhood cool water balloon fights...
...birthday parties with lots of yummy cool treats...
(glad these two have stayed good buddies even though they're not in school together anymore)

...picnic lunches on the trampoline with cool watermelon...
...bike rides to swim lessons...
...hanging pool side and doing...
...cannon balls and...
...the alligator crawl, plus...
...meeting up with friends at the pool and...
...running in the cool adventure water park and yep...
...more cannon balls (nice form Ava) followed by...
...evening t-ball practice (nice catch Dylan) and...
...of course summer wouldn't be summer without water fights.
Ava played a pretty funny trick on Dylan and I of course saw this going down and instead of stopping Ava I ran for my camera knowing Dylan would think it was funny too. Ava kinked the hose and told Dylan to look closer and closer into the hose and then she let the kink in the hose go. We all laughed, including Dylan but, to be fare...
...I told Ava she had to let Dylan do the same trick back to her and even though she knew what was coming it was still pretty funny too.
